I have ran 18 marathons so far... St. George X12, Salt Lake X2, Deseret News X1, Boston X2.  Dearborn, Michigan X1. My marathon PR is 3:15, my 1/2 marathon PR is 1:28

Sub 3 Marathon 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Never stop running!

Personal:

I am married to a great supporter and running partner, Craig.  I have 2 beautiful girls, Addy and Hope, and 2 bouncing boys, Hayden and Miles.  

WE are moving to Utah, then India, then settling in Las Vegas this next year.  I'm looking forward to new running adventures everywhere I go :)

Did the neighborhood loop near my house. 1st time out running since marathon.  Felt wonderful to be back out!  First 2 slow and easy, second 2 pushed the pace.

Lahser out and back.  Faster back than out. Lots of school traffic--stopped at all the lights. AP 8:32 with the stops.  Trying to get in the habbit of running 5-6 days a week.

Ran the Masefield out and back with Mary.  Productive and sad conversation about moving.  AP 8:50.  Feeling a bit tired with lack of sleep.  Good sleep is my new goal. Even on the weekends:) 

Short term plan: start 12 week training for Des News Marathon July 24th.
