I have ran 18 marathons so far... St. George X12, Salt Lake X2, Deseret News X1, Boston X2.  Dearborn, Michigan X1. My marathon PR is 3:15, my 1/2 marathon PR is 1:28

Never stop running!

Personal:

I am married to a great supporter and running partner, Craig.  I have 2 beautiful girls, Addy and Hope, and 2 bouncing boys, Hayden and Miles.  

WE are moving to Utah, then India, then settling in Las Vegas this next year.  I'm looking forward to new running adventures everywhere I go :)

Did 5 on the treadmill at the gym.  Watched "the life of Lisa Marie Presley."  Had to gradually up the pace to get done before kids club closed.

<p>9X800's.  I'm always pushing for time so the last 4 800s were mile repeats instead.</p><p>3:16, 3:08, 3:13, 3:05, 3:04, 6:27, 6:16.</p><p>Avg 3:10, hooray! This is what I was shooting for.</p><p>I've become accustomed to running later in the day.  It was a little hard to get going this morning. </p>
